1. Overview

ShoutlyAI Inc. ("ShoutlyAI", "we", "our", or "us") operates the ShoutlyAI platform and blog. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our content generation services, connected publishing tools, and websites.

Core Commitment

Your content belongs to you. We do not sell your personal information, nor do we train global foundational models on your private brand prompts or uploaded internal media.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve our social media generation and scheduling services:

  • Account Details: Your name, email address, company name, and authentication credentials.
  • Brand DNA Settings: Uploaded logos, font preferences, saved hex color codes, and brand tone guidelines.
  • Content Inputs & Prompts: Text prompts, URLs, product descriptions, or uploaded scripts provided to generate your 365 calendar.
  • Usage Analytics: Post publishing timestamps, engagement metrics, and interaction logs.

3. How AI Prompts & Generations are Processed

When you generate Reels, carousels, or threads through ShoutlyAI, your prompts are processed securely through isolated neural model instances. We utilize enterprise API agreements with our model providers that strictly prohibit using customer data for model training.

4. Social Media API Tokens & Security

Connecting your Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, or Facebook account requires OAuth2 API tokens:

  • All OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
  • We only request permissions necessary to publish scheduled posts and read analytics for your dashboard.
  • You can revoke social account access at any time with one click from your account settings.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all personal data, brand voice profiles, queued posts, and OAuth credentials are permanently purged from our primary database within 30 days.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Under applicable global data protection regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to:

  • Request a machine-readable export of all content and personal data stored on your account.
  • Request rectification of inaccurate personal information.
  • Request total erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") of your account and related records.
